1. There are twopreload classes: light and medium. If no request, will be sent randomly.
Light preload mean the block will go freely with light lower.( reasonable power is necessarey )
Medium preload mean you need to push the block or give it a lower.If not, then it may stop moving.
The preload is for whole set( rail+block). No saying of preload if just buy block individually.
You can not wish with some preload but also wish the block free moving.This is conflicting.
2. We can cut into any length of rail. Just feel free to tell us your request.
3. Our block often just work well with our rail. If you want to fix into other brand rail, we do not know it is good or not.
4.There is often cutting loss of the rail. Take 400mm length for example, sometimes it will be 399mm. This is a normal thing.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
