Common problem
Q: Why does the new machine have water?
The dishwasher will be tested with water before leaving the factory. A small amount of residual water remains in the internal pipe or the resin cavity of the water softener. The machine may be bumped or turned upside down during long-distance transportation. The residual water may flow out of the pipe, causing water droplets or water stains. This is a normal phenomenon. Just wipe it clean or run it for a super fast wash
Q: Is it normal that there is residual water under the filter after washing?
normal. Dishwasher drainage system is designed with anti-siphon structure to prevent water from draining through the drain pipe during normal washing, so a small amount of residual water will remain here after washing
Q: Is it okay to wash with detergent/meal?
Not possible. Daily hand-washing consumables such as detergent are products that are prone to bubbles. The foam will block the pipeline or overflow the inner tank and cause the machine to malfunction. Dishwashers generally use special consumables such as dishwashing powder or dishwashing blocks to break down stains.
Q: Why add salt for dishwashers?
Only dishwashers with water softening function need to add special salt to cooperate with the soft water system to soften the water and prevent scaling. Not adding salt only affects the soft water function, but does not affect the normal operation of the program. The dishwashing block that uses the all-in-one function already contains special salt, and there is no need to add dishwashing salt separately. At this time, the salt shortage indicator light "salt" will not affect normal use.
Q: Why does the tableware/inner wall still have water after washing?
1. The dishwasher will automatically enter into drying after washing. If you do not need to use the tableware immediately, it is recommended not to open the door to take the tableware
2. Tableware is not placed correctly, it is easy to have water, please ensure that it is placed correctly

Q: Why can't it be cleaned?
As long as you use the dishwasher in the correct way, you can achieve good washing results:
1. Choose the correct program. For heavy stains, choose standard wash or strong wash
2. Place the tableware correctly. Keep a certain gap between the tableware, put it on its side, and tilt the concave surface downward
3. Use appropriate amount of consumables. Put in the appropriate amount of washing consumables according to the program to ensure that the oil is fully decomposed, and do not put too much
