Q: Does this card capture video resolution support 4K?

A: No, it does not support 4K. The USB3.0 port max capture video resolution is 1080P@60Hz, backward compatibility.

Only the HDMI input and output resolution up to 4K@30Hz, backward compatibility.

 

Q: Why is the screen black after connection No audio and video.

A: This USB3.0 HD video capture card does not work immediately after being connected. You need to select and open the crrect device channel you connected in the third-party software settings, and then you can start to capture video.

Q: Why does the product get hot when used? Is it dangerous?

A: Please don't worry. Working temperature is 0-65 deg C. It is normal for the product to heat up during use. The material of the product is aluminum shell, which is good for heat dissipation.


Q: Why is audio delayed when capturing video?

A: The audio delay is normal phenomenon when capturing video. You can adjust audio in applications. As example in Potplayer settings: Click "Audio"→"Audio Sync"→"Audio Sync"→"Adjust Audio Sync..."


Q: Does it work with mobile phones?

A: Yes, it can capture video to mobile phone, just need to download "USB Camera" App, then you can caputure video on mobile phones.(Android version needs 9.0 and above). 


NOTE:Due to compatibility issues, this product does not work with Panasonic cameras.
