Refund (Exchange only)

1.Pictures may be a little different due to the different softwares .If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the items received. you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of your order. And you should pay all additional shipping fees incurred and the items returned should be kept in their original status.

2.If you wish to exchange defective or incorrect shipped goods,please contact us whinin 5  days after receiving the goods.

1. Shipping UPS/DHL: if buyer's address is regarded as remote areas by UPS/DHL , we will not send the goods if the buyer don't pay the remote area shipfee (Usually 40USD).Tariffs for the purpose of the country, the buyer must pay taxes.

Shipping Channel: Please check if buyer's country have the shipping channel before choose it when place order, for example:if buyer choose EMS,if we can not ship by EMS, We have right to change into DHL or refuse to send if there is no EMS in buyer's country or we can not ship by EMS.(like some goods is with battery or magnetic, we can not ship by EMS,) We don't be responsible if any delay caused.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
