How to get the 5.0MP resolution:
(1) Please make sure that your TV monitor is 5MP or better than 5MP resolution, and connect the DVR to your TV monitor.
(2) Setup the system, and go to Main Menu- Set up-Basic to change the "Video Output" to "2560 x 1920" manually.
Noted:
The default setting of the DVR is 1024 x 768.
If the monitor resolution is lower than 5MP, than the system will not show the 5MP resolution.
